Hand delivered item showing as overdue for dispatch

Hi, I recently sold an item . I downloaded the delivery label (buyer had paid delivery) but realised the buyer lives very near me so contacted him and hand delivered the item. He has given feedback. I tried to edit the tracking which showed the item as dispatched. I have ended up with the item showing as overdue for dispatch. How do I fix this?

The item was marked as dispatched when the Simple Delivery label was initiated.

However, without the collection code you will not be able to prove delivery, your payout may then be delayed for a minimum of 14 days.

For the unused SD postage label, as the buyer paid, they will automatically be refunded and this takes around 30 days.
