Hand delivered item - how change status
Can anyone please help? I have hand delivered an item to buyer (because happened to be going there on hols) - buyer was agreeable and has left me positive feedback, but because meant to be tracked delivery, showing as overdue on account and I cannot find how to notify that it’s been delivered. Can’t seem to find how to contact customer services - stuck in help article and AI chat bot loops. Help!

Mentor1 month ago · EditedYou can't change the delivery status so payment will be held for 14 days. Or as a new sllee it may be held for 30 days which is a separate issue. Either way you will get it in the end
