Guest order issue

Question

So I ordered accidentally using a guest account under the same email as my regular account back in February.

I have not received the item from the seller and no response to any of my messages.

When I go to my order confirmation and click view order details it goes to an error page now.

How do I get eBay to step in here as it keeps saying they can’t find my order when I try and dispute it

I'm afraid it's too late to do anything about it via ebay. It's way past their 30 day deadline for claims. It's also past the 120 days payment provider deadline too. If the value makes it worthwhile try money claim online.
