Guarentee worthless and Ebay, or the seller do not help

Question

Bought an Air Fryer and it broke after just a few months, after Ebay cut off. Seller won't answer the phone, reply to emails or even a letter sent to their registered address on the advert.

Manufacturer says that it was sold without guarentee or was a reconditioned unit and voids the responsibilty and the seller should have stated, which they didn't.

The seller is still trading on Ebay.

If within 6 months of buying try your payment provider. If UK business seller, contact citizens advice.
