guarantee money refundable
The product has a 5 year warranty. It doesn't work after 3 months. I contacted the seller. He wants to refund my money. He asked me to file a refund request. Unfortunately, I can't do this on the website. What should I do? Thank Attila

They can't refund through ebay once 90 days have passed.
