I need help regarding orders sold via the GSP. We have done our part and shipped to the GSP hub but the buyer is contacting ourselves chasing the delivery which we obviously cannot provide as this is being shipped via eBay.

Proof of delivery to the GSP hub, is all you need for delivery purposes.

If now overdue, buyer should open a not received case.
