GSP not allowing me to send to Poland
Always have GSP enabled. Buyer in Poland cannot pay as needs shipping costs to pay. Message he gets is that This buyer does not ship to Poland...but I will - indeed before SD never a problem. Any ideas welcome! G

Mentor11 months agoIf you're happy that the item is acceptable to be shipped with GSP try putting their ID on your exemption list to remove any blocks:

OP11 months agoThankyou so much - that seems to have done the trick and he has paid. Still doesn't explain why the message he got was that I don't ship to Poland. I'll keep that exempt website handy!! G
