How to raise a case if goods received are not as per advertised.
there used to be a function in ebay, now unable to located.
I've sent seller a message and awaiting there responce.
appreciate any advise?

i used to say raise a case, ive contacted seller and awaiting response

Mentor4 months agoUse the 'open a return request' link and return as doesn' match description then escalate to eBay after 3 days if the seller doesn't send a return label.
