Gods silk body oil
Recently purchased from eBay but item was clearly counterfeit the seller immediately refunded and suggested I keep the items - trying to feedback to eBay that they are allowing this to happen and I can’t find where to advise

MentorAug 13, 2026 at 5:10 AMEbay don't care about that sort of feedback, there is no formal process you can use other than the money back guarantee which got you a refund.
If it was a business seller it's Trading Standards you should notify.

MentorAug 13, 2026 at 7:01 AMWhen buying certain products I always go by price and the seller's feedback, they're usually good clues there, if an item is fake or not.
As eBay do not see any actual product listed it's obvious a haven for those wishing to sell fake items.
However opening a case for item not as described is the best way forward to get these items and sellers removed, if there are too many case opened, eBay take note and then can act by removing items and sellers from their site permanently.
