Question

Has the global shipping programme/service to Canada either been suspended or there are current issues. I have a buyer who going to pull out of a very good sale if he can’t process the payment. Urgent help appreciated.

Hi @pparker51 ,

There has been some previous issues with Canada post but that would have impacted the shipping delivery times. Canada is on the eligible list for GSP.

However there is a technical issue impacting some accounts for this and it is being worked on to resolve however we don't have a set timeframe for it. In the meantime as a workaround, tech have suggested to use a non-UK eBay site such as ebay.com, ebay.de, or ebay.fr to see if they can purchase the item.

Thank you,

Kat

@kat@ebay Can you respond to this, please? Is GSP accepting items to Canada?
