I sold an item to a buyer in Greece this weekend, which is enrolled in the global shipping program, however I cannot print a prepaid label, instead I am being asked to purchase a label which exceeds the amount that the buyer has paid, post it directly to their address, and fill in custom details, none of which I want to do, or have specified as an option in the listing. Making matters worse, the buyer selected Royal Mail International, for which I cannot select for the correct parcel size, even though that size is defined in the item options, and so it should never have allowed them to buy the item with that shipping option, since there is no matching parcel size available for Royal Mail. To be clear, in my listing's options, I have the parcel size: Small Parcel, up to 1kg, 45x35x16cmHowever in the "Buy Postage Label" page (which I shouldn't even have to use), for the Royal Mail option, its greyed out, and it says: "Royal Mail International StandardWe could not get a quote for this service because the parcel is below or exceeding the weight and size limits. Up to 750 g with maximum dimensions of 35.3 x 25 x 2.5 cm." Since I have defined the parcel size as larger than that, it shouldn't have let the customer choose it. It also shouldn't have let the item be sold outside of the Global Shipping Program in the first place. This cannot be intended behaviour and so I am reporting it as an issue requiring urgent attention.
