Global shipping problem
Hi, buyer hasn't received his item but it went through ebays global shipping programme, am i still liable for the refund even though I didn't choose the delivery system they use?

Mentor2 weeks agoI'm assuming that tracking shows delivery to the UK shipping hub.
When your buyer opens an eBay item not received claim simply respond with "This order was sent via eBay's Global Shipping Programme and tracking number XXXXXX shows that the package arrived safely at the UK shipping hub on (date), so eBay are responsible for making any refund here ".

OP2 weeks agoThat's just the info I needed, yes the item was posted to global hub with their label and shipping shows it being received and forwarded on from there 👍🏻.

Mentor2 weeks agoNo, ask them to open a "not received" case and as long as you used ebay postage to the UK hub ebay will issue the refund and you keep the payment.
