Global shipping not delivered
hi I’m in the UK and I recently sold an item to a buyer in Italy. The item was sent via the global shipping program. The eBay tracking shows that the courier delivered the item to the global shipping hub but the buyer says it has not been delivered. eBay does not seem to recognise that the item has gone missing in global shipping. What can I do? Thanks in advance for your help

Mentor4 months agoIn the case details is there nowhere to add that this was a GSP item? Tracking showing delivery to the UK hub absolves your responsibility for its further progress.
You may need to contact Customer Services to look into this for you.
Contact eBay Customer Services it's not easy nowadays to get a live agent , but some have had success using the app, otherwise keep typing in ' I wish to speak to an agent' and this too can work.
Use this link to contact CS, if you can try at 8 a.m. on a weekday morning also more chance there for Dublin to answer.
