I have a buyer who has bought 3 dvds from me. They live in the USA, I live in the UK.
When they try to buy the item they are told that I "dont ship to USA" under the global shipping program. This is false, as I have global shipping enabled and Ive checked my listing and USA is definitely a country that I can ship to.
The buyer has tried the method of going onto Ebay.com and searching for my item and buying it that way, but it still comes up with the same response that I dont ship to usa.
I see other sellers have the same problem and Im wondering what is the work around?

Mentor2 weeks ago · EditedIf I look at your sold listings I see the following. It doesn't appear as though the GSP are covering these items. Can you raise your own invoice? If not, you may need to cancel all 3 orders then relist as one listing with your own postage price and method to the US. Don't forget to factor in the £3 tariff plus £1.50 you'll need to pay up front.

OP2 weeks agoI sent ebay customer service for help. Hopefully they can help me. Otherwise the postage would have to be my local royal mail international delivery?

OP2 weeks agoI put it through as global shipping. The cost of postage to the place they take all the gsp parcels is £3.45 ish. Its a small parcel.
