Global Shipping item delivered to Lichfield
Hey guys.
An item i shipped for USA has arrived at Lichfield via the Post Office printed QR code.
There has been no update since the arrival at Lichfield, April 30. Ebay have not updated the order either. Onky Royal Mail
Please advise if possible, as I have a nervous buyer... has anyone had an experience similar?

·3 months agoYou could point out to your buyer that here in the UK today is a bank holiday and May 2-3 was the weekend.
So, one working day has passed since the arrival of their parcel at Lichfield and they will simply have to be patient.
Had you posted the item to a UK buyer on 30th, they would not have expected it to be delivered yet - your buyer will just have to wait.
