Global Shipping (GSP)
An item I sold for Australia was recently dispatched using GSP and with a postage label bought from Ebay.
No notice of dispatch or receipt at the GSP has been received and the buyer is claiming non-delivery.
I have not been able to contact Ebay to find out what has gone wrong.
Is this service still working? Thanks.

Mentor2 weeks ago`You must have a copy of the label receipt if you purchased it from ebay/packlink/ simple delivery. If the latter it would have automatically uploaded anyway.

OP2 weeks agoI have the Proof of posting from PO but what do I do with it? Have been unable to contact EBay by phone. Thanks.

Mentor2 weeks agoAre you certain you used the ebay label, because that immediately and automatically marks as dispatched.

OP2 weeks agoYes, I used the label and it came up as dispatched in my sold items. Then, five days later when the seller queried delivery, it had disappeared!
My question was the service still active? as I emailed the GSP unit which was not delivered either. Thanks.

Your POP from the PO will have the tracking number on it.

OP2 weeks agoThank you but it does not. EBay have sold me a label/QR code that has not worked. I am going to refund the buyer.
