Global shipping enabled but not available for our buyers
We have a listing, 127631233543, and it was listed with Global Shipping selected as we do with all our listings. However, when our prospective buyers view the listing it does not show global shipping, will not allow them to select their country in the drop down box and we are getting queries on it. When I look at it, I see the countries in the drop down. eBay have said it's an error their end but only suggested relisting which I really did not want to do as we had so many watchers and it was in 2 baskets. What also worries me more, is how many more of our listings are like this?, our sales are down and I have no way of knowing if this is because of this error on more of our listings, I cannot check as to us they all look fine. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Mentor5 months agoLooked at a few of your listings, and can see no mention of GSP, just refer to seller for postage.

OP5 months agoYes, exactly, that is the issue. Each and every one of our listings is set up to include Global shipping. Global shipping is enabled and we sell globally every week BUT we cannot view the global shipping price when changing the country in the drop down box and nor can our buyers. It used to be there fine until about a year ago but now it has gone.
