My listing is enrolled in the Global Shipping Programme, USA is an eligible destination and I have no postage exclusions, but my US buyer gets ‘seller will not ship to PA, United States’ when accepting my offer. Why is GSP not being offered?”

Mentor3 weeks agoI am presuming that by PA you mean the state of Pennslvania? And that you haven't perhaps meant PR eg Puerto Rico, which is not part of the GSP system? Otherwise its more than likely as @papso22 says a restricted item, particularly woods and things such as your crystals you are selling whilst not restricted per se, AI, and GSP may be making thinking they have dirt contamination etc which then requires further licencing on products etc.
