Global shipping
Why does the listing not show all destination it posts to if it’s Global shipping? It shows exclusions destination.
Also I have a pint crystal glass which a bidder tried to bid on but it states to them it would not send to USA?
I’ve checked the prohibition list and categories but can’t find why global shipping would not accept it?
I spoke to eBay and they are dealing with it
What do you think has happened?

Mentor3 weeks agoThe GSP randomly excludes some items (which aren't on their prohibited or restricted list) such as china and glass and items made from some types of wood too.
If you've ticked to ship internationally via the GSP when setting up your listing and it hasn't been applied there is no way of applying it. Your only option would be to opt out of the GSP and set up international postage yourself (you'd need to check which carriers will accept glass items).

It has a tick for customise international shipping
It has a tick for opt out of global shipping programme. I can’t change it
But it is enrolled?

Mentor3 weeks agoYou choose countries you post to not global. The glass for example shows only posting to UK, you need to edit to also post to USA.
