recieved as e mail from e bay global collections to make a payment . or they will take legal action. have tried to contact ebay. but were no help at all.
I’ve found that the best route to contact eBay Customer Services is via the link below (if you’re using desktop you’ll need to go round the houses with AI and start a chat then keep typing ‘agent’ until you get the option to live chat with a CS rep or to have a call back):

OP1 month agodownloaded tracaction summery. all clear until aug 1, opening funds -£20 .98..have tried contacting ebay. getting nowhere.

OP1 month agois there a phone number for Ebay. searched Google only 0800. or 0345 no number after that.
