Glendale Illinois: Item stuck?

I placed an order for a parcel to come from the US to Europe.
The parcel tracking say this has been delivered at Glendale, which I believe is the international hub.

Has anyone else had an item stuck there? And how long on average does it take for the item to be released?

It can take 5-7 working days to process.

The Parcel's Tracking will have an UK contact numbers if you need to speak to them.

I've purchased from the USA many times, and the Customs contacted me if there was Import Duty to pay before delivery (but I was always aware of the amount I would have to pay before I purchased the item, so did not get any surprises).
