Glendale Consolidation Centre Illinois USA : Article sat there for 15 days not moving
I have an article coming from USA to UK but it has been stuck in the eBay consolidation centre in Glendale Illinois USA for 15 days, has anyone had any experience of long delays. eBay customer service are a waste of time saying to wait until December to launch a help request. Not a very effective way to get goods from the US to GB.

Mentor10 months agoWhen item arrives in UK it will be given tracking number for local courier, so different to USA one.
You can open item not received case 1 day after estimated delivery date, but I would wait a bit longer.
You have 30 days to open case, but don't let it time out.
