Getting payed
On Sunday I issued a refund to a buyer because the sphere he bought off of me got lost in the post only for it to turn up on Monday Morning, how do I get my money do I need to get him to return the sphere then resell it.

Mentor10 months agoIf you were using Simple delivery then ebay should have made refund, if buyer opened a not received case, then it would not be your problem.
That is what buyers pay buyer protection for!!!

Send a friendly message saying you are pleased their purchase has now arrived and ask if they would like to keep it or return it to you?
If they want to send it back, you will need to provide a label.
If they want to pay again, this will have to be done via paypal or via a bank transfer from them to you.
You can't issue a label or send an invoice/get payment through Ebay.

OP10 months agoThank you, I did say to the buyer to return it to me but he said he gave it to his autistic daughter and she'd get really upset if he took it off her again, I will message him now and ask him to pay through PayPal. Thanks agsin for your help.

Mentor10 months agoYou can't do anything through ebay. You have to work with your buyer independently.
