Getting paid for items you sold

Getting paid after selling 15 items
Can anyone help with this one, I have 100% positive feedback, very good rating as a seller, I am not registered, however I value my customers with care and compassion, and I ensure that they're satisfaction is met with their purchase, and my service, I think I have been doing this for the last ten years or so back and forth, but a year or more for this account, I have sold 16 items, one I had no choice to cancel, as they had no correspondence, they hadn't paid within a certain amount of days, I spoke to chat on eBay, they agreed I cancelled, another one claimed they never received the item, when I clearly sent it through royal mail, but it never showed up on the tracking, I couldn't prove it as I misplaced the receipt, I paid for the postage myself, it was a new Adidas tracksuit, I lost the lot, being eBay never once took anything into consideration my end, it's always the customers who get the guarantee money back, anyway bla bla, I pay for some items new and I sell to make extra profit on the side income, but I am still having to wait for my funds, 2 days after delivery, even though I have sold that amount, and with the 2 going against me, I have 2 cases, but it was totally out of my control, I explained that it was genuine, I have no reason to lie, when I have 100% positive feedback, and good selling rank, can anyone please explain, why, and should it be, thanks in advance

Mentor1 week agoThere are a number of ebay articles explaining about paynent holds and qualifying for faster payments.

Mentor1 week agoTwo days wouldn't be unusual in those circumstances, eBay may hold funds back and there isn't a way to make them release them faster.
To make life easier though I would open a separate business account for the items you're buying to resell, eBay report sales to HMRC and if you sell enough they may contact you. I'd upgrade this existing one (as it has some feedback) to a business account.
Create a new private account to list your personal items on. Just sign up again with the same details but a different email address (each eBay account requires its own unique email address).
