Getting paid for a refunded item that the buyer eventually received?

Hi, so I recently sold and shipped an item which was then lost by the courier, both myself and the buyer contacted the courier support team and were both met with the response the item had been lost as it had been quite a few weeks since the parcel was first dispatched .

I issued the buyer a full refund only for the item to be delivered 2 days later!

What do I need to do in order to be paid for the item?

You need to send a message to the buyer and ask them to pay you, they can do either by paypal, or a BACS transfer etc. Find out which one they would prefer before sending details.
