Getting paid for a delivered item

How do I contact ebay. The site is a nightmare to use. I sold an item. Ebay say funds won't be released until 3 days after delivery (for some reason). The item was delivered. Customer very happy. They left feedback. But it doesn't show 'delivered' on the listing. Can the buyer mark as 'delivered' somehow? They have tried. I can't seem to. So I can't get my money. What do I do?

No, a buyer cannot mark as delivered, they can leave feedback, and if your account fits all the criteria below, your payout should be released after 2 days: Courier / RM tracking is often not in time with eBay's tracking being shown.

Complete at least 10 sales with a total of £150 or more within the last 5 years
Maintain 2 or fewer cases in the last 12 months

If your account does comply to the above and you have tracking showing delivery, contact Customer Services with this information and ask if they can release your payout.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
