Now when I type in the item number it doesn't exist. Even though money has been taken out of my bank. You can't get anywhere with AI

Mentor3 weeks agoYou don't deal with issues by reporting through the listing, you use the money back guarantee and open a claim through your purchase history or the help and contact page.

OP3 weeks agoDone that got nowhere. Declined now 30 days wait. I had money automatically taken out even though I lost the bid. I dont want the item I contacted seller, told them I don't want it. And didn't win the bid which I assume ebay know I've done. They've posted on site posted with a tracking. But on my page its no tracking. So as AI is running the show. No one can see it's looking like a Scam. I wouldn't use that seller theve already not sent me a other item. And I didn't bid with that seller. So it's extremely suspect. 30 days wait and not custom friendly response. Making me scared of court cost. But I'll go through the bank . Thanks anyways

Mentor3 weeks agoSorry that makes no sense. If you didn't bid how come you paid for it, and why would the seller send you another item?

OP3 weeks agoBecause its a scam. There has just been placed on my account same item. Giving 3 whatever hours to accept a bid. I never bid on it. So now it seems the selling can access my account to place a bid for me. Don't make sense to me. I've declined. But you see the original offer was wiped of because ebay information showed me how to cancel. But there's another problem because looks to me the seller is using two or more accounts?

OP3 weeks agoNo problem I have screenshot everything. And item number that ebay have decided I'm in the wrong about. Well I guess their right because I've evidence from screenshot that it doesn't exist. But I don't know whatever their referring to because its not the same item number that I requesting a stop on. So now the company that relates to my money out of pocket, are still giving the impression that something,s in the post. Delivery dated until late September. That I didn't order because I didn't win the bid . But they've decided otherwise. Not trusting using ebay much. If companies can place a bid or so called over that has a time limit. Then they can as they have done with me automatically take money out of account. What if you're away on holiday some people check phone all day. I don't take mine everywhere with me. I couldn't care less if I leave it at home alone for long periods. Which I do. Not bothered everything is time and dated on my screenshot. Thanks anyway
