Getting my money for items that have been delivered already
Goodevening....I sold an item on eBay and didn't know how to use the simple delivery so I delivered it using another courier but the item is still showing dispatched on my page ..this is my first delivery...how do I claim my funds

Mentor4 months agoYou are selling multiples of new items, so must upgrade to business seller.
You can then choose your own carrier, no more simple delivery.

Mentor4 months agoIt would have been a good idea to find out how simple delivery works before using it!
You will probably have to wait at least 14 days for the payment to be cleared to your ebay account. You can then withdraw it to the bank account you set up for managed payments.
