How do I get hold of a real person on ebay... AI and bots don't work for me and don't resolve my issues. Im wasting so much time and tearing my hair out....

Failing that, I’ve found that the best route to contact eBay Customer Services is via the link below where you can call them or request a call back if you’re using the app (if you’re using desktop you’ll need to go round the houses with AI and start a chat then keep typing ‘agent’ until you get the option to live chat with a CS rep or to have a call back):
