Getting for refund item
How do I get refund for faulty item ? Got sandals on 27/06/26 returned item 29/06/26 .Have contacted seller several times but they just say they haven't received it and will go check tomorrow.

Mentor2 weeks agoDid you open a case for the return if they were faulty, and if you did ,why havent you escalated it, as I would have thought by now it would have timed out.
This is between you and your seller, you may try your payment provider to see if they will help.
