Getting emails about an item I haven't listed
I am getting emails about a listing I have not posted and I can't find a suitable help topic or a contact number/email address to resolve it.
When I click on any of the links it just goes to my seller page which is blank. How do I contact an actual person to get this resolved.

Mentor4 months agoThey are not saying you listed those items, just that you listed something previously similar to them. But as you only just opened this account that is very odd.
As you are in the US you need to direct queries to ebay.com.

Mentor4 months agoThat is odd. Try clearing cookies. You can also change your password at My eBay > Account tab (near top left) > Personal Information > Sign in and security > Password > Edit.
