Getting buyer's money back for unused Simple Delivery labels

Hi - How do I reclaim my unused Simple Delivery postage money back from Ebay, please?

I bought three items from one seller, over two days, on Simple Delivery. There was a delay in posting but the seller then posted them all in one box, using one of Ebay's tracked SD labels I checked the tracking for the two other SD items and it shows they are still not posted.

I asked the seller why, he said he didn't realise he had to send them all separately and use all three labels. So I have paid for two postage amounts that are unused.

How do I reclaim what I have paid Ebay but the seller did not use, please? Many thanks

As a buyer, if the seller did not use the Simple Delivery labels you paid for, they will automatically be refunded to you, nothing for you to do, but, they do take 30 days for the refund to be processed.
