You may have to contact Ebay Customer Services, but the seller you bought from is in China and even though they are a registered business, they show 'no returns' on their listings.
You can use the link below to contact Ebay and see if they can open a case for you.

OP11 months agoseller not helping at all sold me a windows 11 laptop which it not compatible fir TPM 2.0

Did you contact Ebay and ask them to open a return case for you?

·10 months agoI just clicked and got a 3 minute wait time showing for a callback.
If you are still in time to return your item (you have 30 days from receipt) and still haven't been able to open a return, use the link and get a callback.
It's not an online chat but you can request a callback from Ebay Customer Services.
