Getting a refund on item sent without my consent
I bought an item from a seller and after payment they contacted me to say it was out of stock. They asked if I’d like to wait for stock to arrive or a refund. I asked for a refund and proceeded to buy the item elsewhere. After a few days the original seller said stock had arrived and they’d sent the order which I now don’t need. They are refusing to refund me.

Mentor8 months agoIf they are business sellers they are supposed to accept what will be classed as a "change of mind" return. So start a return on here:
