Mentor7 months agoIt's a promotional fee selected when listing, it does show as a non refundable fee at this time and you do not have to use it.
Be sure to read all the notices when you list.

Mentor7 months agoSimple answer is you used ebay promotion when listing and agreed to pay the % fee as shown when you submitted the listing.
It is important to read what you are agreeing to BEFORE you list.
