Funds withheld GSP - Item not received
We currently have an outstanding item not received case - the item was sent via GSP & reached the Lichfield processing centre and was subsequently sent overseas where it has been stuck in customs for over 2 weeks. Customer isn’t happy and we have asked EBay to step in & help resolve. I have made it quite clear that this was sent using GSP and that we have fulfilled our requirements for delivery but they have put a hold on funds for 2 weeks nonetheless. Is there anything else I should be doing?

Mentor6 months agoIt's standard practice to put funds on hold even when ebay will ultimately do the refund, as here. There is nothing you can do.

OP6 months agoAppreciate it your response. I thought that might be the case - the response I got from eBay wasn’t clear so I wasn’t sure if they had paid attention to the fact that it was sent via GSP
