Funds received by eBay from buyer, but not sent to me the seller….and not showing in my balance. | Member To Member Support

EBay received the money and told me my funds were now available …when I went into my account balance it was zero and no money has been sent to my bank.why doesn’t eBay allow messaging or telephone calls to resolve this issue?
