Funds pending but no issue can be refunded to them
Refund has been requested from my buyer. I have clicked to issue the refund from the funds the buyer sent me but it pops up saying add a payment option to pay the required amount. I checked and those funds are still pending to me so how do I pay the refund as it’s due in a day but with no funds .

Mentor3 weeks agoYou should have set up a direct debit with ebay when you registered for managed payments. Then the refund comes from your bank and then ebay releases the original payment to you.
Or you add another payment method as ebay is telling you to.
How has the buyer requested the refund and what is it for?
