Funds on hold for a month !!

Can anyone tell me why after 7 years of selling I’m having to wait a month from delivery for my funds to be released. I’ve had a couple of damaged items returned because of poor shipping but refunded in full. I am honest and responsible and was receiving payments more or less immediately after confirmed delivery and no bad feedback but this has recently changed without my knowledge and now I have to wait 30 days ….can anyone give me a reason why they’d do that as EBay can’t they said it’s just something eBay do once in a while and it’s not only me but I feel I’m being deprived of my funds seeing as the buyer hass already give positive feedback 😡

OP3 weeks agoI’ve already met the conditions and customer has give. Me positive feedback …I door to then yesterday and was told the only issue they could see was back in April a damaged claim which happened whilst with the couriers ….

Until sales pick up and eBay see that buyers are receiving their items on time and are happy with them, eBay may hold your payments.

OP3 weeks agoThat’s strange because I’ve checked my seller performance d as bd it states I’m actually a Advanced seller so I don’t understand how that’s failing 🤫 is there a limit to funds over a specific amount instead as it says it won’t be revised until 20 Sugust ….conveniently holding funds including postage costs for courier service for three delivered sales !
Not one notification and lied to by a telephone advisor about when one of the items would be released.
Then changed from 7 days after delivery payments to 30 days with absolutely no warning whatsoever ! This is wrong, especially when I have received positive feedback already
