Funds on hold as status says not posted but buyer has confirmed item received

Question

I posted 2 items in the same package. Buyer says 1 received but 1 not received so was given a refund. The item he says was received is still pending payment as it says I haven’t posted it but the buyer says it’s been received. I don’t know how to raise a dispute with eBay

Sellers can't raise disputes.   The funds for the untracked item will be released eventually.   Possibly 14 days after the sale.
