funds on hold

Question

I have funds on hold because I need to verify my bank account, however I have tried for months now to verify and it says complete/verified each time BUT when I return to withdraw the funds it on hold again!? Could someone please help?

You add a bank account, ebay verify it to confirm that you have access . Verification may take a few days.
