I recently sold an item and delivered this to the buyer as they were local item sold on the 11 July , why do I have to wait till 26 July for my funds I have the confirmation transcript from the buyer stating they have the item , how do I contact eBay to speak to a human .

Mentor1 month agoAs said if the buyer selected collection at checkout they would have a code to giveyou to confirm collection and release your payment, if the buyer se;ected postage and you chose to deliver you will have to wait a minimum of 14 days for payment, possibly 30 days if you are a new or infrequent seller

Mentor1 month agoYou do not need to contact Customer Services.
Did the buyer give you the 6 digit collection code? You need to scan this or enter the numbers manually, this proves the item has been collected.
If this is not done, you will receive your payout but it will be held for a minimum of 14 days.
