Frustrated buyer
Received garden parasol which is unfit for purpose. Msgd seller-no reply. Msgd Ebay- I can return free of charge. Have return label,but no QR code. I have no printer,but library will print,but no Ebay dropdown box to request. Not sure how to get it collected from home due to size 114cm plus base
