Free postage offered. Ebay gives no customer address.
I wish to give my customers Free postage. As the item is of low value ( sub £5 ).
I wish to use my own method of postage ( Royal mail stamps £1.55 ).
eBay postage options are sometimes more than the value of the item.
Also having problems in that eBay is not giving me the customers Full address after they
have purchased an item. persons name, City and postcode.

Mentor4 months agoIf you were registered correctly as a business seller you wouldn't need to use simple delivery so could use your own postage stamps and buyers wouldn't have to pay the buyer protection fee as you would be charged seller fees.

Mentor4 months agoTo get the buyer's address and mark dispatched open the Simple Delivery label (Get prepaid label > Get prepaid label).
The original label will remain unused and you can cancel it here:
