FREE POSTAGE
I am unable to do free postage on my items. some are over 20.00 but some are only 9.99. I have tried doing the custom postage and ticking the free postage but but it always reverts back to simple delivery. I do not want simple delivery for any of my sales as in some cases in is too expensive. I sell some items at 1.00 with 1.00 delivery and simple delivery is over 2.00. Has anyone managed to get rid of simple delivery and managed to do their own postage as it used to be.

Mentor2 weeks agoAs you are selling so many new items, you should be business seller.
When upgraded, you can use any postage service you want.

OP1 week agoHi Thank you for your reply. The items that I am selling are excess ones. When I buy at auctions for my collections I have to buy the full lot, I only want some of these to complete my collections and it is the rest that I sell on ebay, but if I cannot offer free postage to my customers then I will be finishing soon.
