I want to listing my one of you used item but they charge me £.63 but first 300 item is a free listing so should I do?

The 300 free listings are for private sellers, not business sellers.

So Business account have know any single free listing ?

No free listings for business sellers but additional listings are included in various shop levels

All fees for businesses are shown here
