Ive bought an item with 'free delivery ' as stated in the advert, just seen the bill and ive been charged for delivery.
What can be done!!

Mentor3 weeks agoIf postage is set as free delivery there shouldn't be a fee (unless you're in an excluded are such as an island of highlands).
If the order is an international one there'll still be import tax added at checkout.
If you'd like to provide the listing number we'd be happy to take a look and see if we can work out whats going on there.
