Free Click & Collect for buyers during September

Question

I received a message to say selling clothes up to £20 during September would offer a free click and collect service to buyers

However the items I’ve listed still have normal simple delivery cost on them

What am I doing wrong ?

You won't see a change in the delivery cost on your listing - your buyer will see it if the item is eligible when they put the item in their basket and at eBay checkout.

I've done a bit more digging and according to Google ....

"While the promotional discount covers fashion items priced at £20 or less, standard platform limits for Click & Collect often exclude items under £5 from being processed at designated pick-up locations."

Do you have all couriers enabled in your postage preferences?

I just checked the T&Cs and that shouldn't matter. Maybe the offer hadn't kicked in when you listed them. You could try ending them and relisting.
