Fraudulent seller using my address for returns
A fraudulent seller is selling rubbish on eBay then when the duped customer returns an item the fraudulent seller is using my address.
I have spoken to the postman the post office and the police. None seem interested and have all suggested I contact eBay.
Contacting eBay seems close to impossible I’ve left messages on the help page and when I request a callback they say they have called but my number won’t let them and suggest I change my settings.
I am at the end of my patience can anyone help please?

Mentor5 months agoIs there an eBay postage label on the packages?
Is there any indication who the seller is?
Is the senders return address on the package? If so, strike out your address and write 'not known at this address' on the front and pop it in a postbox.
