Mentor2 weeks agoIf the buyer doesn't return the item then you don't have to issue a refund.

Mentor2 weeks agoDo you mean you refunded before item returned, if so nothing you can do, you gave money to the buyer.
Why ever did you not follow correct procedure, you only refund after item has been returned.
